Why

The mind, much like the body, requires deliberate rest and exercise—and initiating a mindfulness practice can have huge impact on mental health and effectiveness. The benefits of mindfulness are clear: with an established practice one can expect to listen more attentively, communicate more clearly, focus more consistently, be more emotionally responsive and direct thoughts towards positive action. A regular practice has also been shown to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety, improve sleep and overall mental well-being.

Ready to get a practice started for you, your org, or your community? Let’s connect.
