Modern mental health training is here.

Workplaces are spending $225 billion a year on employee mental health, yet rates of burnout, stress, and turnover are still at an all-time high. Many recent studies show that more than half of workers are experiencing at least moderate levels of burnout, which continues to grow year over year. We are here to change that.

Our mental health training programs are designed for leaders, managers, and individual contributors to build, support, and better understand mental and emotional health. Each mental health training program can be customized to your team or community needs.

managing mental health at work

As the workplace continues to evolve, we aim to better understand how the totality of our experiences impact mental health and how that impact shows up at work. As managers, you have a unique opportunity to create psychological safety for your teams by embracing neurodiversity, recognizing signs, reducing stigma, and building skills to promote productive conversations about mental health at work. This mental health training program offers specific guidance and skills building to effectively manage mental health at work.

battling burnout

Burnout is a workplace condition that many (if not all) of us will experience at one some point in our professional lives. And workload isn’t the only contributing factor. In this mental health training, we’ll examine the multitude of contributing factors to burnout, the specific outcomes of excessive burnout, and effective ways to address both effectively.

mental health first aid training

Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, mental health intervention (first aid) training teaches individuals how to assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis. In this multi-session mental health training, your team will learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.

emotional fitness

Whether we’re consciously aware of it or not, emotions shape our thoughts, motivations, and behaviors from morning until night, every day of our lives. In this mental health training, we explore how to cultivate healthy emotional traits such as self-awareness, resilience, curiosity, empathy, and joy. We also discuss how these healthy emotional traits can apply to more productive relationships and outcomes at work.

MENTAL MAINTENANCE 101

Our minds, much like our bodies, require deliberate rest, exercise, and fitness training. Initiating a mindfulness practice can have a major impact on overall health but oftentimes it can be tough to know where to begin. In this mental health training, we look at how mindfulness impacts the brain, common myths that act as barriers for people beginning to explore mindfulness and meditation, and how to build a sustainable practice.

addressing conflict

Conflict is normal, healthy, and can spark great ideas when approached mindfully. In this mental health training, we look at ways to lean into a challenge and embrace finding solutions with others. the science of gratitude

In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater levels of reported happiness. When expressing gratitude, we’re doing nothing more than finding a way to pay attention to the good things in our lives instead of reaching or grasping for something more. In this mental health training, we look at how gratitude helps people cultivate more positive emotions, appreciate experiences, manage adversity, and build stronger relationships.
